ABOUT
ME
Every day we get the chance to become a better person
"Do what you love and put love in everything you do!"

I was born in Austria in 1985, and grew up on a little farm with my parents, grandmothers and 3 older siblings. I left to be an au-pair girl in Paris when I was 19, and ended up living in France for over 8 years, studying Business & Applied Languages, and completing a Master's degree in Marketing Management, working at the same time as an online content manager for VirtualExpo, and then ending up working 3 1/2 years as International Marketing Manager for the French travel company and group Homair, now European leader for mobile home holidays.

Feeling that there must be something beyond, I left everything to travel around the world, discovering 10 countries in a few months on my own, discovering Yoga and how blissful and aware it can one make. After a little Marketing consulting mission with an Austrian provider for sustainable roofing, I left for another round the world trip during a whole year, and everything changed again.
I completed a 200h Yoga Teacher Training in traditional Ashtanga & Hatha Yoga with Himalaya Yoga Valley in India, as well as a Chakra Healing Course and a Reiki Level III Course. I completed three Thai Yoga Massage courses with Sunshine Network, twice in a little Lahu tribe village in Thailand and recently another course in Vienna. After collecting experience in giving massages and yoga classes around the world to other travellers and volunteering in schools or charity centres, I settled for 18 months on the East Coast of England, to work as a yoga teacher and massage practitioner at the Health & Yoga Centre The Haven, taking on some marketing and managing roles for the centre, as well as organising retreats and health weeks.
During that time I also completed my post-graduate course in Psychosynthesis Leadership Coaching with Psychosynthesis Leadership Limited and the Institute of Psychosynthesis in London, accredited by Middlesex University, and collected coaching experiences with peers, volunteers and yoga/massage clients around the world and online. With self-improvement in mind, I have kept working on my journey through a regular self-practice and self-study, Vipassana meditation courses & serving, and diverse yoga courses/Ashram stays in India.
Since 2014 I have also been regularly freelancing for the English Tour Operator Bespoke India Travel as marketing consultant, social media community manager and responsible travel product manager, with the purpose of bringing people to India to experience its spirituality and beauty in a safe, organised, tailor-made, responsible and eco-friendly way.

My values for responsibility, health, nature and sustainability have been grounded with volunteer Wwoofing experiences on organic farms and communities like the Wilderland Trust in New Zealand, where I could learn, discover and work with a different type of system, leadership and community living.
In 2017 I have developed my understanding of food, farming, nutrition and health through my own creative organic garden projects on our farm in Austria, which has brought me and the local community delicious food, joy, well-being and learning.

During 2017 I worked within my community in Austria as a Yoga instructor, coach and thai bodyworker, giving regular Ashtanga classes at the JUFA Fit- & Wellcenter in Gnas, as well as treatments, workshops and private lessons to groups and individuals. I also believe in developing our young, future leaders, so I was working in after school care at the local primary school Gnas with 6 to 10-year olds and was offering summer yoga, ayurvedic workshops & language workshops to teenagers. I was also giving introduction yoga workshops at high schools within the context of health day programmes run by Social Insurance Companies (SVB Graz).

In 2018 I completed my advanced 500h Yoga Teacher Training with Himalaya Yoga Valley Centre in Goa, India, further developing and broadening my teaching tools, personal practice and researching further into Yoga for Leaders & People with high impact and responsibilities, as well as therapeutic and healing yoga practices for specific target groups.
I believe there is a Yoga for everyone - no matter the age or state of health. With the aim of bringing Yoga to people where it is needed, I was teaching Chair Yoga at the nursery home Gnesaha in Gnas, Austria, to a group of up to 20 people from around 70 to 93 years.

In summer 2018, I made another dream come true and lived in the stunning city of Copenhagen, an inspiring, innovative haven and setting from where I was offering coaching to clients around the world and working on different aspects of a more westernised city life.

Following the flow of my heart and wherever I am called and needed, creating ever new experiences, I was then hosting guests, teaching Yoga and giving treatments at the Balili Guesthouse on Baleal Island, Peniche, Portugal for the autumn season 2018. The house offers Yoga & Surf Retreats in a stunning and friendly location that I am very grateful to have been able to experience.

In spring 2019 I also had the pleasure and honour to introduce Yoga and Thai Yoga Massage within the small beachtown and national reserve Paracas in Peru, @ the Kokopelli Hostel and @ the kite surf school Kanagaroo Kite Paracas.

Another big passion for me is music and songwriting. I play the piano, guitar and ukulele and compose and write songs as well as mantras. Music is an important way for me to express and process emotions, and to share love and positive change to others. Sound and music is the first element of creation and can open, heal and uplift us, a situation and our companies in very special and powerful ways. Be aware, I might make you sing in our sessions and classes for increased results.

I organise my work so I can have time for music and travels abroad to countries, as it is very important to me to enjoy life, create variety, get out of the box from time to time, and to constantly gain new perspectives and wisdoms in other cultures so I can share them with others. I believe that my unique journey through the business and corporate world, specialised trainings and extensive travel experiences makes me a qualified and adaptable coach and teacher to guide you in the best possible way.

As Gandhi said - Be the change you wish to see in the world. I do my best to live as an example and inspiration in my daily life, being aware that everything I do has an effect on me, on us and our Earth. As much as I can I use mainly organic, plant-based whole foods, only minimal beauty products (natural soaps and shampoos, natural home-made toothpaste, natural oils as skin moisturisers...), as much as possible I try to limit waste and plastic, I don't own my own car but practice car-sharing whenever possible, I try to give preference to walking or bicycles when possible, I have and buy few clothes, and most of all, I give my best to take care of my body, mind and health daily so that I have to use the least external resources possible and have the best possible positive and loving impact energetically on others around me.

I believe there is no set way we have to live our lives. We each are unique beings, living our individual purpose to the best we can within the collective. Follow the flow of your heart, the flow of joy - your soul's way of guiding you.

My dearest passion in my mission is to guide you towards a newly evolved world, so that our greatest power of creation is not misused but rather used to manifest love, compassion and greatness in the most sustainable, creative and joyful ways possible.
It is time to act, and to live the change. Evolve your being and enjoy!
With love, light & yoga
